SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders $60+ in the USA.

We offer UPS expedited shipping. The cutoff time for all UPS expedited orders is 12PM EST Monday through Friday.

Order are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Please note that USPS does not always update its tracking information accurately. For any questions about your package please email us at support@nopalera.co.

 

RETURNS

If you item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at support@nopalera.co and we will  send you a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer. 

We cannot accept returns due to our small warehouse and the nature of our product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at support@nopalera.co

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email support@nopalera.co and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges as our products are natural. If you have an issue with your order please email us at support@nopalera.co

Refunds
If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
