Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on orders $60+ in the USA.
We offer UPS expedited shipping within the US. The cutoff time for all UPS expedited orders is 12PM EST Monday through Friday.
Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties on international orders.
All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 5 business days of processing. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at email@example.com.
If you item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer.
We cannot accept returns due to our small warehouse and the nature of our product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email email@example.com and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
