Returns and Shipments
How do I make a return?
Because our products are made with natural ingredients we are not able to accept returns. If your product arrived damaged please email us at email@example.com so we can resend your order. If you would prefer a refund, no problem.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders over $100
Where’s my order?
All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 5 business days of processing. Please understand that we currently only have one warehouse and it is located on the east coast. If your order has not turned up please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What kind of scents do you use?
We do not use synthetic fragrances in any of our products. We only use high quality essential oils and adhere to dermal limits set by the EU. As a result, none of our products are strongly scented. Soaps scents will fade over time.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are made with plant butters and oils. Other ingredients adhere to formulation guidelines set forth by clean beauty retailers.
Where are your products made?
All products are handmade on the east coast.
Directions for Use
Good for face and body. Our handmade soaps will last longer if you keep them out of water between uses.
Cactus Flower Exfoliants
Scoop with dry fingers and massage on body. Gentle enough for face. Always put the lid back to keep water out of the jar. Beware some bath tubs may become slippery after use.
Rub directly on dry skin and use hands to spread. Or melt in hands and rub hands on body. Can also be applied to damp skin. Store in tin in a cool and dry place. Keep out of hot cars or direct sunlight.
