Yes, on U.S. orders over $50.

No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Perfume products are excluded and cannot be shipped to these regions due to hazmat shipping restrictions.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 3-5 business days of processing. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 business days to deliver your order. If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, please email us at support@nopalera.co.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients we are not able to accept returns. If your product arrived damaged please email us at support@nopalera.co so we can resend or refund your order.

We currently do not support adding gift messages to orders on a separate card nor packing lists.

Please note that we typically cannot guarantee order cancellations between Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM EST. Cancellations may be accepted outside of these hours. To inquire about canceling your order, please contact us at support@nopalera.co

ORDERS, SHIPPING, & RETURNS - Pickup Point Delivery

Instead of delivering to your home, we send your parcel to a nearby, secure location you choose during checkout.

We partner with UPS Access Point, offering thousands of local collection points nationwide, often in supermarkets, convenience stores, lockers, or Post Offices.

  1. Select at Checkout: Simply choose the Pickup option during checkout.
  2. Choose Location: You'll see a map and list to select your most convenient pickup location from the available options. The location's opening hours will be displayed.
  3. Confirmation: Once you've selected your location, complete checkout as normal You'll receive your usual order confirmation from us.
  4. Ready for Collection Notification: Crucially, wait for a separate notification (usually via email and/or SMS) confirming your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen point. This notification will come from [Us / Carrier Name, e.g., DPD / UPS / DHL / Royal Mail / Evri] and will include the pickup point address, opening hours, and what you need to bring to collect.
  5. Pickup Your Order: Visit the pickup point within the collection window of 7 days making sure you have the required items .

You will receive a specific"Ready for Collection" notificationvia email and/or SMS once your parcel has arrived and been processed at the pickup point. This notification will be sent by UPS. Please do not go to the pickup point before receiving this notification.

You typically have 7 days to collect your order once it's ready. The exact collection window will be stated in your "Ready for Collection" notification. Please check this carefully.

If the order is not collected within the specified timeframe (7 days), it will be returned to us by the carrier. Once we receive it back, we will process it as a return and issue a refund according to our standard returns policy.

For UPS Access Point Pickup: You will typically need to show a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driving licence, passport). The name and address on your ID should ideally match the details on the parcel label. A specific collection code is sometimes required.

Most items are available for pickup, but some exclusions may apply due to size, weight, value, or content restrictions (e.g., very large items, hazardous materials). If an item in your basket is not eligible for pickup, the option may not be displayed at checkout.

NOPALERA

A nopalera is a cactus patch. In English, the nopal is called prickly pear cactus. Once the green pads of the plant are cut, they are called nopales. The nopal is an ancient symbol of Mexican culture and is one of the most versatile, nourishing, and resilient plants in the world.

Our fragrances are created in partnership with a renowned fragrance house, using a thoughtful blend of both natural and carefully selected safe synthetics. We also use high-quality essential oils and always adhere to the strict dermal limits set by the EU. As a result, our products are beautifully balanced without being overpowering.

Yes! All of our products are made with plant butters and oils. Other ingredients adhere to formulation guidelines set forth by clean beauty retailers.
