AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE READ THESE RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) BEFORE ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH FORM A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SPONSOR.

1. SPONSOR:
The sponsor of the Nopalera Road Trip Essentials Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (the “Sweepstakes”) is Nopalera Inc., 23 Bills Pl #1, Brooklyn, NY 11218 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 24, 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:

  - Comment their dream road trip destination on the official Sweepstakes Instagram post on the @nopalera.co account.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts will be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES:
Two (2) winners will each receive one Limited-Edition Road Trip Essentials Kit from Nopalera (the "Prize"). Exact items to be included in the kit shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Prize is [$38]. Prizes are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 25, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Winners will be notified via direct message from @nopalera.co on Instagram. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable messages due to privacy settings or other issues. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

9. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. NO ASSOCIATION WITH DISNEY OR INSTAGRAM:
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Disney, its affiliates, or Instagram. By participating, entrants release The Walt Disney Company, its affiliates, and Instagram from all responsibility.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration in Brooklyn, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. PRIVACY POLICY:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://nopalera.co/pages/privacy-policy.

13. WINNERS LIST:
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Nopalera Inc., 23 Bills Pl #1, Brooklyn, NY 11218 within ten (10) weeks of the Sweepstakes' conclusion.
