Journal Prompts To Center Yourself Daily

Publicado por Sam Gomez en

Did we all keep diaries when we were kids or was that just us? Keeping a diary as a kid is extremely beneficial in helping to learn how to vocalize and prioritize your emotions. We can still reap the benefits of keeping a diary in adulthood too! Journaling is a great way to get out your thoughts in a private space and can often be used as a form of self-therapy. In this busy world, we must all have a nonjudgemental space to let out our feelings to help us become better versions of ourselves.

We believe in the importance of self-care and a big part of taking care of yourself is writing out your thoughts and feelings to center yourself. Self-talk is extremely powerful to understanding your inner thoughts, life events, and manifesting things you are working towards. Journaling can be done at the beginning or end of each day to brain dump all the different thoughts we have going on or mentally work through something we are going through.

We’ve gathered up some journal prompts to help center yourself daily.

EVERYDAY JOURNAL PROMPTS:

  • How do I or can I cultivate joy in my life?
  • What kind of energy do I put out into the world?
  • What does my dream life look like?
  • What am I doing now to achieve my dream life?
  • What are 3 things I am grateful for?
  • Where do I feel that I am struggling in my life currently?
  • Is there anything that I feel is holding me back in life?
  • If I can accomplish one thing today to feel proud of myself, what would it be?
  • Am I currently showing up for the people I love, if not, why?
  • How am I showing up for myself?

When journaling it’s important to remember to compliment yourself and include positivity just as much as you include negative thoughts and situations. Be proud that you are showing up for yourself in this way and committing to becoming a more healed version of yourself, amig@!

Whenever you have some downtime, we recommend finding a journal, writing down some or all of these prompts, lighting a candle, bathing with your favorite Nopalera Cactus Soap, moisturizing with your Botanical Bar, and start writing out what’s in your head on paper!
