As an Arizona native, I’m all about that Southwestern flair, and let me tell you, Noplaera’s Balance & Repair Shampoo Bar does not disappoint! First of all, the design—how adorable is that little cactus shape? It's like a tiny piece of the desert, and it totally gets me in the spirit. Plus, the ingredients? Prickly Pear, people!

Can’t get more Southwest than that!Now, onto the important stuff: my oily scalp. These bars are advertised to help manage oil, but honestly, the jury’s still out for me on that one. I didn’t notice a huge difference in oil control after using it. That being said, it’s still a great shampoo bar, so I’ll keep testing it out and see if anything changes!

One of my favorite things? The sustainability! I’m always looking for eco-friendly options, and this bar is a major win in that department.And let’s talk lather. I’ve tried other shampoo bars that take what feels like forever to get a good suds going. But this one? Lathered up quickly, and I mean, really quickly. It’s a total game-changer. No waiting around, just great, clean hair in no time.

Overall, Noplaera’s shampoo bar has won me over with its adorable cactus shape, fantastic ingredients, and quick lather. I love this brand from other products that I have tried out like their lotion which is not my favorite lotion, but their shampoo and conditioner are just as amazing. I love the concept of shampoo bars, they have been lasting me so long. This shampoo not only has amazing ingredients in it but it’s incredible for your hair and your scalp! I left my hair feeling extremely clean and a lot healthier. The smell is really sweet and clean. I have very thin and fine hair and this shampoo wasn’t too heavy on it at all, I actually got great volume from it. You get amazing suds from it and it really feels like you’re getting the best cleanse on your scalp. I rate this product a 5/5. Id recommend it to all hair types, I think it’s good for everyone from thin to thick hair.

The first thing I noticed straight out of the box, is the fragrance. We all love great-smelling hair, and this shampoo and conditioner smells amazing! The Nopalera Solid Shampoo Bar Balance + Repair is quickly becoming one of my favorite products. You might think a solid shampoo is the same as using bar soap on your hair, but it is far more emolient and hydrating than the drying effects we think of bar soap having. In fact, the only similarity I can think of is the lather. It does not take much of the solid shampoo to lather up. Just a few swipes on wet hair, and tons of creamy lather appears. My scalp and hair feel squeaky-clean with this formula. A small change in how I store my shampoo and conditioner is really the only thing I had to address. The less water the solid shampoo and conditioner are exposed to, the better. So, I just keep them right outside my shower. I recommend this shampoo for all skin, scalp, and hair types. I have tinted hair that I shampoo and condition every day, and find it to be perfectly protective and gentle.
