Dulce De Cuerpo, 10ml Perfume Travel Spray

The Nopalera Dulce de Cuerpo Eau de Parfum is a very mature scent. I really wanted to like this perfume because of the brand’s beautiful presentation and the lovely story behind it. Unfortunately, the scent just was not for me. It came off as a very strong, mature aroma that reminds me of the old-fashioned perfumes our grandmothers used to wear. It was quite heavy on the skin, with musky floral notes that pack a punch and definitely linger on the skin for a while. While I truly appreciate the quality and lasting power of this perfume (a little really goes a long way) the scent profile gives off a “classic” vibe rather than “modern, fresh and fun” if you enjoy bold vintage style fragrances you are sure to love this one! But if you lean towards a brighter, fresher more youthful fragrance the Dulce de Cuerpo probably is not for you. Personally this is not for me, but everyone’s pheromones and scent tastes are different and this could be your new signature scent.

I wish i liked this, i really do! There is some note in here i do not like… however, i think this is a me issue. I will say this has great lasting power. A little goes a long way and it really lasts. I think this is also a really unique scent. I own 50+ perfumes and i don’t own anything like this. It’s earthy mixed with sensual. I think i prefer warmer scents over this one.I think this is decently affordable- especially since the lasting power is really strong. I feel as though this is more of a fall musky scent, it’s giving warm fireside fall drinks on a cool night vibe. I don’t think it’s light , fresh or summery. I think a variety of people will enjoy this scent. I don’t think it’s off putting or nasty. There is just some note in it that’s bothering me a little.

The Nopalera Dulce De Cuerpo Eau de Parfum has such a lovely scent. It’s warm, sweet, and has an earthy tone to it. It’s versatile enough for everyday wear, however I’ve worn it on special occasions and I love layering it. I like using it right after a shower or as a quick refresh during the day or at night. The spray is fine and doesn’t leave any sticky residue, and the travel size makes it much easier to have on my purse for on the go.That said, as much as I enjoy the scent, the reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because unfortunately the scent fades pretty quickly. I find myself needing to reapply after just a couple of hours, which makes the perfume run out much quicker than I’d like it to. Regardless of, it’s a beautiful and sophisticated scent.

Soo…I really wanted to love this one because the packaging is beautiful and I adore the Nopalera brand overall but I don’t unfortunately. The scent starts off sweet and creamy like it’s about to be very gourmand and something really special, but once it dries down it sits pretty close to the skin almost like a faint skin scent and doesn’t last long at all on me. For those who like the smell, it can be considered a soft everyday scent, but not one that stands out or leaves a big impression. I can definitely appreciate the artistry and the brand’s dedication to the high quality ingredients. It smells very natural and not overly synthetic. It’s a great option for someone who loves light, skin like scents that stay close and aren’t overpowering but not for me. I’ll definitely finish my travel size, but I don’t think I’d repurchase this particular fragrance.
